Yes, although there are graduated velocity settings.

Yes, I use that when travelling, but at home I use the motorized, pulsating

WaterPik. Sometimes you need more than " gentle " .

I believe irrigation is critical, and that the WaterPik is more effective

than the bottle.

If you go to the LINKS, you will see a section on irrigation and it should

still have links for WaterPik (and the nasal adapter) and alternatively the

Grossan Irrigator.
