Guest guest
I have seen alfalfa to work really good for different joint and back pains. I also took it sometimes. Guest guest
There are some practitioners out there now that know there is a mind-body connection. Many of them incorporate herbs and other therapies into their practice. I went for an interview at such a clinic last week, it was very refreshing to see. The " placebo effect. " And they tell people that there is no way that the body can heal itself! Had a doctor once who told me she wished they could develop a drug that was as effective as a placebo. (Just goes to show the medical mentality.) Pardon my typing if I've misspelled anything. My overhead light died yesterday and I'm truly a touch typist until the sun comes up. Definitely not for those allergic to it though. Good tip Judith! > > Janet > > >
