I have seen alfalfa to work really good for different joint and back pains.

I also took it sometimes.

There are some practitioners out there now

that know there is a mind-body connection. Many of them incorporate herbs and

other therapies into their practice. I went for an interview at such a clinic

last week, it was very refreshing to see.

Ahhhh! The " placebo effect. " And they tell people that there is no

way

that the body can heal itself!

Had a doctor once who told me she wished they could develop a drug that

was as effective as a placebo. (Just goes to show the medical mentality.)

Pardon my typing if I've misspelled anything. My overhead light died

yesterday and I'm truly a touch typist until the sun comes up.
