Could those of you using the Nasoneb Nasal Nebulizer and associated meds please

give a quick up-date on how the unit and meds are performing for you. Would you

buy the unit again? I'm trying to source a unit in Canada and currently it's not

available here.

Regards,

Kent

I have been using a Nasoneb for about four months. Twice a day I

had been using 10 ml of saline and 2 ml (0.6 mg) Budesonide

solution. Just over 3 weeks ago at my checkup the Doc said that my

sinuses were the best they have ever been - no polyps. Beginning

at that time I changed to 5 ml of saline with the Budesonide. In

about a week I will have an opinion as to the effects of the new

regimen. About 1 to 2 hours before using the Nasoneb I irrigate

with Saline Solution with 1% baby shampoo to clear mucus.

My Samters presented with polyps, aspirin sensitivity, congestion

and loss of smell. I tried desensitization with no benefit and

ultimately gastric distress. No asthma symptoms. My airways are

clear but no sense of smell even with prednisone pulses.
