Yes,just be happy with the good result,I have read the leaflet that came with the Symbicort and am on the lookout for side effects.With nasal polyps it sometimes appear that there is no pattern to it-different people-different issues. It could be as you say (ie breathing back through the nose). Also, switching steroids when the current one no longer works is often useful. Anyway, it's a nice thing to get back asthma control and SOS. Watch for any side-effect in case the dose is too high.
