Great to have another endorsement of this relatively effective, almost totally benign (ie., virtually no side-effects), treatment. I was getting sloppy and irregular about irrigation until about 6 weeks ago, when I resumed a " religious " regime of 2 x / day. As of now, the polyps which had re-advanced over the previous months, have totally retreated. I have full air flow, and a hint of sense-of-smell, which I expect to continue to recover. This is the first I have heard of doing it 3x / day -- I intend to give it a try. Probably the steroidal apray that I use is also a factor, but I know that the spray is almost useless without irrigation.
Guest guest
I always wash my sinuses out twice a day, but will o it more often if I have a bad infection. I have been doing this for 8 years now, and have only had the one surgery, 8 years ago. It is just part of my regime along with medication.
