I did the same thing a few months ago, Joy, I got myself an account for a few meditation videos and to listen to Native American music, and all sorts of stuff I was interested in and never even thought to consider finding it on YouTube!

About the healing touch, when I worked in a nursing home as a nurses aide, I would go up to certain patients and just talk to them softly and touch them gently and it would always bring a smile to their faces, or calm them down,no matter how much pain they were in or how upset they were at the time. : )

The lady I sit with now, I always ask her if she's having pain in her arms, and if she does,I give her the healing touch and I walk away, then I wait a little while & ask her, if she's still in pain, and she's not. : )

When you are touched by someone in a good way,

your body/Spirit./ feels the love and it increases the

love in your body.

love is happiness.

A happy person WILL heal faster than a sad, depressed

person.

this might not be proven by any million dollar

research,

but thous of us that are in touch with our Spirit

KNOW this!!

I think it's natural, I have not had any training as far as healing goes, (yet anyway)and, if I had known then what I know now (about myself) I'd a done A LOT more for my patients.

But everything happens the way it does for a reason : ) I do have a rather large cheering section on the other side..lol I must have done something right : )

I don't know if I have up load an e-book yet, if I haven't I will now. It's called "The Occult Principles of Health". Mystic may have already loaded.

Now before anyone gets worried, here is the true meaning of occult: oc·cult (-klt, klt)
