Guest guest
I'm curious about those of you using Nasonex. I looked up the active ingredient (just a different corticosteroid than flonase), but noted that it had the preservative benzalkonium chloride, which can have some adverse effects on the cilia when used for long periods of time, which we all do. I was wondering if anyone had been able to compare the effectiveness of nasonex with flovent HFA w/ baby nipple? Wish me luck: I'm off the antibioitics, and I'm tapering off my prednisone. I'm hoping that I can decrease dietary triggers and thus be polyp-free for more than two months. (BTW, wine and beer are huge congestion-triggers, but scotch and gin are NOT!) We'll see what happens, nothing ever seems to work, and my ENT wants to slice and dice. Happy new year, Becca
