Started my DIY densenitisation

Well I will leave the spreadsheet until the end but this is where I am at now;

Basically I had no real symptoms until 15mins after the 86.2mg and thats when my nose completely blocked up and I started sneezing every 5mins. Breathing I feel fine but my head feels like it's under water. I will wait until 11:30pm and administer the same 86.4mg dose to see what happens. Actually I just noticed I have a slightly itchy throat but no biggy.Ok I will post again later.
