Does anyone have any recommendations on fatigue? Anyone else experiencing this

as well? Its like no matter how much sleep i get its hard to function. Has

anyone gotten any feedback from their doctors on this issue. Im only 34 and no

longer overweight. I dont exercise because when i have tried it totally knocks

me out.

Just curious to know if and how others are dealing with this issue.

If you are taking prednisone or have been on and off it may be worth looking into your adrenal function.  A few years back my function was almost nil after even small doses of prednisone over a 10 year period.  Hope you feel better soon!

I have the same problem. I hate it. I am a single mother of a 15 yr. old son. I also have an older daughter but she is grown and married etc. Anyway, Trying to keep up with a household and a crazy teenager is doing me in. I wake up feeling almost as tired as I did when I went to bed.

I just recently started taking Vitamin D and Calcium. One of my docs had me go and have a bone density scan because I have been on a lot of steroids in the last year. I have osteopenia. I am not sure if it is making any difference in how I feel yet.

Ive actually heard vitamin d before. Never had mine checked. Was the 12000 dose monitored by your dr? And did he re-evaluate u for your maintenance dose? Bianca

I take 1Tbs Bragg's organic acv : 1 c water/day (acv is apple cider vinegar) for energy. If you take 3 times/day it functions to lose weight so wouldn't recommend taking that often for skinny people like me, but if you can take more when needed for energy do so. ACV has other healthy functional you can find online. Also looking into methods to enhance me getting into deep sleep within short amount of time. My polyps are not swelling severely and I still eat fruits and veggies so not sure what was making them do so bad before, they still swell but I can cope and still have some SOS. It may sound strange but when I got pneumonia last year, I believe it was because of the 711 medication that I had taken which reduced my polyps flat...hence the polyps being flat I was now susceptible to the pneumonia reaching my lungs, if the polyps were there it wouldn't have reached the polyps get the infection and trap at that location. It's my

theory, I'm just a CNA but I have completed LVN program and I know our body does things for reasons.

Fatigue has been a problem for me too. I think it's a Samter by-product.

Recently I made changes in my diet, and that has made all the difference. I have cut out foods that I was reactive to, and it has helped a lot.

Also exercise will build up your stamina, but you have to start out slowly, otherwise it will knock you out. Like 20 mins on a slow treadmill to start for a few days, then increase acordingly. Don't move to the next level until you feel you are ready. For some people it takes far longer.

yes. absolutely. she monitored me and had me rechecked after 2 months of high dose. I was barely at the minimum level range after 2 months of HIGH DOSE, I was that low!!!Now, I stay at the lower amount.... I buy a bottle of it for under $10 at Costco Vitamin D3.

Do u know the name of the herbs your N gave you? Bianca On Oct 16, 2011, at 8:54 AM, joan harvey <thomyris7@...> wrote:

My naturopath gave me some herbs for adrenals, but warned me not to use all the energy I get from them; in other words not to overdo it because of feeling more energy. I always have the problem of pushing myself too far and going into a state of collapse. On Oct 16, 2011, at 10:38 AM, wrote:
