Guest guest
Yes! As I have already wrote in a previous message, it work! It's not like taking a pile as sometime it seem to have no effect but I think it depend on our ability to use be on the right mood during the session. The laborious part is to deal with the ice/water in my opinion. An other point is to have a nor soft nor hard alarm to alert after 30mn otherwise you do not wake up or you ruin the session... Guest guest
Hi Jody, The Radial Appliance is very good for insomnia - many of my customers find that their rest improves dramatically with usage. The fact that you wake up every morning at the same time indicates to me that you have a specific imbalance in your body's energy systems. Oriental medicine describes pathways of subtle energy known as " meridians " . (Mr. Cayce couldn't talk about these because there was no language or history for these in the western tradition. He talked about chakras, for example, but he called them glands.) There are twelve segments along the meridian pathway that are named for the organ or system they serve. One meridian is more active every two hours during the day. 2:30am is getting towards the end of liver time. Lung time starts at 3am. When you wake up at 2:30, you can tap on the beginning and ending points of the Lung meridian, as shown on this diagram: http://www.yinyanghouse.com/acupuncturepoints/lung_meridian_graphic The Radial Appliance is a good tool for balancing the energy body generally, but it only works if you use it. I sold one to a woman a year ago to a woman I met at an Energy Medicine class... She's used it a couple times, and found that it really helped with her insomnia, but has trouble getting the ice bath ready before she goes to bed. You can also use the edge of a small magnet to massage the beginning and ending pionts of Lung meridian. Cayce's carbon-steel energy disc can be used to disperse excess charge on the hands and feet, in addition to protecting the body from colds and radiation fallout). I made some after the tsunami, and have been giving them away for free: http://radialappliance.teslabox.com/store/carbon-steel-coin/ sincerely, Knochel http://radialappliance.teslabox.com On Mon, May 9, 2011 at 3:55 PM, Jody <jody.guess@...> wrote: > > Hello, I have sever insomnia where I wake up at 2:30am EVERY morning w/o being able to go back to sleep. In Chinese medicine waking ~3am is usually a sign of extreme stress. It can be related to illness and imbalance too. However if electrical or cell towers are the source of your insomnia a radial appliance probably won't help. See http://www.townsendletter.com/May2011/food0511.html If you are like me--in California where they recently installed the new electrical meters called " Smart Meters " , then THAT is your problem. See http://stopsmartmeters.org …and perhaps we should talk.
Guest guest
Thanks for all the great responses. Yea,it's more like 2:30 to 3:30am every day, so I will do a sleep study next month to check out apnea, but I still want to try the radial, I've tried all the herbs etc.... I did my first cycle this week, but after reading everything, I don't think I did it right. I think I need to do it in a more relaxed state w/ 100% positive enery, so I will do another cycle now. I'll keep you posted, thanks again for all the feedback. > > > > > I wake up at 2:30am EVERY morning w/o being able to go back to sleep. > > In Chinese medicine waking ~3am is usually a sign of extreme stress. Guest guest
A tea made from Herb puts me to a nice deep sleep. I feel very relaxed when i wake up the following morning.
Guest guest
Well I sleep in complete darkness with black out curtains, got one of the white noise makers and tried ALL the teas and herbs...everything that's ever been reccomended! Fortunately, I was able to be able to fall asleep which is something I used to not be able to do. But nothing has helped me STAY asleep. I was considering apnea, which I'll still get tested for, but I just came across symptoms of hypoglycemia and thought... " oh my God, this sounds like me! " ......so until my sleep study, starting today, I will treat myself like I have it and do what they reccommend and see if that helps. I'll keep you posted!!! Thanks everyone! Guest guest
Well after battling horrile insomnia for the last 10years, I'm doing so much better. It used to be I'd get decent sleep 15% of the time, now I'm up to about 85%...I'm sure this will just get better, I fell amazing. I think the remaining 15% is more stress related than physiological...have to try the radial for that. But the drastic improvements happened when I gave up processed sugar. Read a great book call " Lights Out- Sleep, Surgar and Survival " Very good. Thanks for all the feedback when I was trying to figure this out.
