Hi Joy,

If you would like to read this online please continue hereWelcome to another issue of EnerHealth BotanicalsSpecial Report the Top 10 ways to keep from getting sick and have more energy!

Today we`re getting "back to basics" -- the basics of breathing. This is a lesson you`ll really be able to put into practice!

The time you spend today learning these things will "pay off" for years to come because you will fell and act more energetic and alive!

Breathe easy

Of all the things we do each and every day the most overlooked is the act of breathing. In fact most of us don't even think about breathing until we have trouble doing it.

Being able to breathe deeply is a pleasure and requirement for good health and longevity.

Breathing correctly and deeply can be as powerful as it is simple. On the average most people only use around twenty percent of their lung capacity, but with practice, you can learn how dramatically increase your lung capacity. You can create dramatic positive changes in overall health and mood by bringing more oxygen into your system.

Well I ain't dead yet - so I must be breathing right

You may indeed be breathing but not getting enough oxygen. Having too much carbon dioxide and not enough oxygen can cause a feeling of fatigue and depression. In extreme circumstances, a restricted supply of oxygen can contribute to anxiety, panic attacks, and even phobias. Too much carbon dioxide, without appropriate oxygen prevents toxins from leaving the body and creates a toxic build up.

So the way you breathe can be a cause and result of stress and anxiety.

Take a deep breath is good advice.

Inhaling slowly re-balances your entire system. By taking in more oxygen and letting all the carbon dioxide leave -along with those pesky toxins. Why not make deep breathing a habit. Practice deep breaths whenever you think of it - sitting at the work, waiting in line, sitting in traffic or walking to the mailbox. When you begin to concentrate on breathing deep and experiencing the instant burst of relaxation it brings, you will find this an easy habit to keep.

Not only will taking deep breaths help your body rebalance itself, it can clear your mind and fight stress without drugs.

Prime the pump with good clean air

Did you know that breathing is the primary pump for your lymphatic system? Yes, just like the heart pumps blood for your circulatory system - your breath pumps fluid for your lymphatic system.

Every one of your cells must have the proper amount of oxygen to survive. In order to thrive, your cells rely on a critical exchange between the circulatory system and the lymphatic system. Blood flow carries nutrients and ample amounts of oxygen into the capillaries, while a healthy lymphatic system carries away destructive toxins. Proper breathing controls this important exchange.

When this system gets unbalanced your body cannot detoxify properly. This means that if you aren't breathing deeply or moving regularly, chances are your lymph fluid is not flowing as well as it could. Consequently you can have health issues that build over time without you even knowing it.

It's a habit so simple and easy to change - just take a deep breath!

Amazingly, you can improve your lung capacity and lymphatic system by practicing deep breathing. As you expand and contract your diaphragm you are actually stimulating your lymphatic system and massaging your internal organs.

Healthy Living Online Tips

Choose to Slow down and breathe

Choose to breathe slowly and deliberately at least once a day. Synchronize mindful movement (like walking) and combine it with conscious breathing. You now have the power to change your life and your outlook.

Here's a breathing exercise to start with: Focus on the pause in your breath

When you breathe in and out there are two slight pauses in the process. Breathe in, there is a slight pause, breath out, there is another slight pause. Bring your attention to these pauses.

Just by focusing on these pauses, the breath becomes deeper and slower. Feel it and relax your shoulders and chest. Try this for 10 breaths a day.

Try it everyday for a week and I'm guessing you too will be hooked on better breathing.http://www.enerhealthbotanicals.com
