Guest guest
My GP seems to believe that the chronic fatigue is just because I don’t do enough exercise. Well sorry, but I’m in a bit of a Catch 22 here. I don’t sleep well at night at all because of asthma, and that makes me tired, and if I try going for a walk I end up with an asthma attack and back home sleeping it all off. I’ve tried exercise to a degree, the best to date being pilates but I get incredibly tired and need that ‘power nap’ at least of an afternoon. I’m in the process of trying to obtain employment which could prove interesting to say the least. Some days are better than others but lately it’s been particularly bad. As to my own experience, yeah, the fatigue has been incredibly debilitating. Its better at times than others. My ENT who sees Samters patients regularly said that intense fatigue is a very common experience. Pamela <pam@...> wrote: I find that asthma is very tiring. When my asthma is bad, I also don’t often sleep through the night. If I’m breathing easily, I have plenty of energy.
