What do group members recommend or know works well

To balance low thyroid and low adrenals, without medical intervention..

blood tests are not truly accurate as they do not show what is going on at cellular level..

one can still feel quite unwell and blood tests will be so called normal..you have to be nearly dead before the blood seems to show definitive evidence!

What about colloidal iodine that is detoxified iodine, any one here know about that please?

Van, I am doing some research on thyroid. Will be sending articles as I find them. There is one symptom that I remembered from 30 years ago pertaining to the eyes. Thyroid deficiency can cause the eyes to become "bug eyes". Trying to see if I can confirm that.

Yes, a lot of the lab tests will only show problems when they reach a critical stage. The normal/standard liver test is such a one. There is another test that will show when the liver is beginning to have problems, but it is very expensive and insurance companies do not want to pay for them. Most people do not know about it.

I, also, have read more articles about cholesterol not being the culprit it's portrayed to be. A couple of years ago, I remember reading a Spiritual article that stated for the Ascension of humans, cholesterol is needed for the higher frequencies, as we grow to become crystalline instead of carbon base. Just a thought. :-)
