Guest guest
Crusher, did you go through the asa desens already? > > I went to my ENT today and had my polyps checked . Since surgery in April I've been pretty clear, but he sees some coming back. He suggested a steroid injection directly into the area. However, I am taking 's solution and since it has a steriod in it, we hoped that would help treat the area. > I mentioned the nasel neb option with budesonide and he thought that was a good idea. Since he doesn't perscribe it very often he says he needs to do a little research on the dosage and such. > > So, would those of you using the nasel neb tell me the dosage info and the routine you are using? I'd like to have that info on hand when I go back to get the perscription and talk more about HOW to do it. > > Thanks in advance for your help. > > Crusher >
Guest guest
Not currently. I did it years ago but then surgeries came and going off what mandatory. When I found out getting back on was just as expensive, I couldn't afford to do it again. And I've been having surgery every 8-12 months.. I am surgery poor and I feel like if I get desensed, I'll just have to go right back off in a fwe months. I had surgery in April this year. I was at the ENT yesterday and he says polyps are already back, just not enough to block a side yet. He suggested injecting them directly but I asked about trying budesonide first. He agreed. Guest guest
How common is it for a Dr. to ask someone who is desentized to go off aspirin completely for elective surgery? > > > > I went to my ENT today and had my polyps checked . Since surgery in April I've been pretty clear, but he sees some coming back.
