For example, it generates no electricity of its own but works on the electricity present in the body. Are you familiar with New Chapter vitamins I take the every womens one a day from them. I hope that they are all water soluble as i heard water soluble vitamins dont help people like me with inssuficent blood flow. I would love no I would adore to find a place that explains when to take which vitamins. Maybe a book that discribes such things as dont take iron with calcium and maybe take sucha and such at this time etc..I take a lot of vitamins and usually take them all at the same time..i just know that some may not mix well with others now that i think about it.
