Blaylock Tip: Save Your Stomach, And Your Life!

Blaylock Tip of the Week:

Save Your Stomach, And Your Life!

Many people are surprised when they learn that their own body produces an enormous amount of toxic substances in the course of normal metabolism. Cells and tissues are constantly being broken down, releasing a number of potential toxins that must be removed from the body safely. Unfortunately, our gastrointestinal tracts (GI tract) often become less efficient as we age. It is estimated that the average person consumes 25 tons of food in a lifetime. This includes the toxins naturally found in all foods in addition to a great number of food additive toxins, including MSG, hydrolyzed proteins, soy protein products, nitrites, nitrates, fluoride, and aspartame. All of these must be detoxified, as I explain in my special Blaylock Wellness Report, “Dare to Detoxify: What Doctors Aren’t Telling You about the Toxic Assault on Your Body.” Your detoxification systems are often overwhelmed by this enormous load of toxins — especially since many of the nutrients needed are either absent or present in low concentrations in the diets of most people. The kidneys, especially, are often overwhelmed. High protein diets put a great strain on the kidneys. The bowel accumulates a great number of toxins and without regular elimination they can be re-circulated into the bloodstream. For example, the highest levels of mercury are within the colon and if not removed, the poisonous mercury is re-circulated into the blood (enterohepatic circulation). Adding to the burden is the lining of the GI tract itself, which is completely replaced about once a week. The dead cells end up in the colon and must be removed. Probiotics Are Essential The normal “good” bacteria in the colon play an important role in detoxification, especially for removing dangerous products of estrogen metabolism. If allowed to stay in the system and recirculate, these estrogen toxins can generate a number of cancers in both males and females. This may explain why women who use antibiotics often have a higher incidence of breast cancer, since the antibiotics kill the good bacteria (probiotics). High fiber diets are important because the fiber will absorb a number of toxins, allowing them to be eliminated in the feces. People of all ages should have a bowel movement every day. Stagnant feces is full of toxins and is in contact with the cells of the colon, greatly increasing the risk of colon cancer. This has been known for over a hundred years, yet is often ignored by physicians. A nutrient that improves gut detoxification is called N- butyrate, a short chain fatty acid. It is a nutrient used by intestinal cells and has specific cancer inhibiting ability for a number of cancers, even those outside the GI tract. To find out about the different types of toxins you are putting in your body without even knowing it, and natural ways to improve detoxification, go here now for my special report, “Dare to Detoxify: What Doctors Aren’t Telling You about the Toxic Assault on Your Body.” Editor's Notes:
