The site below summarizes four studies, three of which were conducted in an

animal model of MS (two with Low Dose Naltrexone and one with High Dose

Naltrexone), and the fourth with humans (using Low Dose Naltrexone):

Each of the three studies using Low Dose Naltrexone showed positive results. The

study using High Dose Naltrexone showed negative results, which suggests that

exceeding the optimal dosage of Naltrexone is counterproductive.
