You can stay desensitized at a much lower dose, and you can also generally miss

a few days without becoming sensitive again. My suggestion would be to drop

down to a low dose for those 5 days, perhaps just every other day and keep at

the lower dose for a day or two afterwards then go back up to your regular dose.

I've successfully done this when I had problems with my stomach. I suppose your

personal bleeding risk would need to be taken into account as well though.

Phil,Just wanted to say Stay Positive (it's hard to do but possible) and I hope you find the answers from someone here in group. What was your PSA number? My FIL went thru this and he just absolutely refused to let any test define him, how he was going to live and embraced life each day! Stay Strong!
