nutritional approach to managing symptoms

hello ,

i was wondering if anyone was following a low salicylate diet to help cut down

on the nasal symptoms of samters?as i stay in scotland there's no where that i

have heard of offering aspirin de-sensitivity treatment and im not convinced as

to how safe and effective it is in long run.that's why i have been researching

the last two years into a more nutritional and supplement approach to cut down

on the inflammation in my sinuses that then causes the polyp growth to prevent

surgeries in future if i can.
