Peppermint Tea (a mild handling and if not working go to #2 and #3).2. An all Alkaline Diet = raw Fruits and Veggies is best.3. Ginger Tea or just suck briefly on a piece of raw Ginger.Ginger is the absolute best I know of for handling nausea of any kind, including Sea Sickness.Love,DocKris wrote:> Hi Doc,> After my bout with the flu, my morning sickness has gotten worse. > Going from only occasionally to 24/7, with a lot of stomach acid and a > lot of saliva.I tried a product called Sea Bands, I guess I can't say > it didn't work at all because they did help a little.I have also tried > peppermint tea which helps a bit too.
