{Herbal Remedies} Morning Sickness

Hi Kris,The best for Morning Sickness is the following:1. Peppermint Tea (a mild handling and if not working go to #2 and #3).2. An all Alkaline Diet = raw Fruits and Veggies is best.3. Ginger Tea or just suck briefly on a piece of raw Ginger.Ginger is the absolute best I know of for handling nausea of any kind, including Sea Sickness.Love,DocKris wrote:> Hi Doc,> After my bout with the flu, my morning sickness has gotten worse. > Going from only occasionally to 24/7, with a lot of stomach acid and a > lot of saliva.I tried a product called Sea Bands, I guess I can't say > it didn't work at all because they did help a little.I have also tried > peppermint tea which helps a bit too. Any other ideas.KrisFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using any natural remedy. 3. The Constitution guarantees you the right to be your own physician and toprescribe for your own health.
