Air temperature wouldn't cause it that much, but what about under water earthquakes that open up under water volcanoes. Just a thought. This agency definitely believes in climate change that has been increased due to human impact on this planet. CO2 and CO and the other nasty human created pollution play a bigger and more significant part in the process.
