Herbs Only For Men

Here are some other herbs that are used to treat many other unique

health problems encountered by males:

Blood Pressure: Blood Pressure is known to the single biggest health

concern among males, and treating this condition becomes very tough

and strenuous. Herbs like catmint, skullcap and mint are known to

bring down the blood pressure levels to normal levels.

Arthritis and Rheumatism: To ease the painful episodes of this

disease, you could use herbs like Marjoram or Meadow Sweet.

Digestive Disorders: As you age, you are more likely to experience

severe digestive and metabolic disorders. To pep up digestion and to

assist in an increased absorption of food into the system, you can

use herbal concoctions prepared from boiling angelica, nettle,

juniper berries, mint and fennel leaves.

General Tiredness: Men tend to feel that their energy levels are

going down, especially during the evening and night hours. To provide

an extra boost in the energy levels, you can drink herbal teas and

concoctions prepared from caraway, germander, marjoram, nettle and

rosemary.

While this space may not be enough to highlight the importance of

each and every herb, one can still understand the perceived

importance attached to these wonderful herbs, that are harmless,

highly effective and toxin free. Go herbal today and enjoy those

innumerable health benefits!

A good balancing tea or infusion can help both sexes. One good male

one is Wild Yam, Black Cohosh, Saw Palmetto, Damiana, Oat, Raspberry

Leaf. Our own Home Herb and Garden Balance tea is a blend of Ginger,

Lemon balm, Cinnamon quills, Cloves, Cardamon pods. Again, a good

diet is important.

For benign prostate enlargement a combination of equal parts of Saw

Palmetto, Ginseng, Sarsaparilla, and Chaparral is indicated.

Prostititis is a painful infection of the prostate gland. A useful

combination is equal parts of Saw Palmetto, Ginseng, Echinacea,

Yarrow, Dandelion, Marshmallow, and Uva Ursi.

Cancer of the prostate is not necessarily an automatic death

sentence. For those who want options other than surgery and

chemotherapy, try the holistic approach. Prevention and treatment can

be managed with a low fat, high fiber natural diet. Diet and exercise

are very important when battling prostate cancer. This is one of the

slowest growing forms of cancer, so there is time to take a natural

approach to treatment, if it is caught early.

Other useful herbs for men include, for blood pressure, catmint,

sckullcap, mint or valerian tea.

For Arthritus, a tea of marjoram or meadowsweet.

Constipation, a tea of mint, marjoram, senna leaves, chamomile.

Insomnia, a tea of hops, skullcap, and valerian.

Sprained body parts, wrap with comfrey leaves and put on a stretch

bandage over them.

Stimulant, try caraway, germander, marjoram, nettle, rosemary,

horseradish, or ginger tea.

Insect bites, rub on the leaves of costmary, or parsley, or feverfew,

or hyssop, or plaintain, or savory, or a mixture of them.

Digestion, a tea of angelica, or nettle, or juniper berries, mint,

fennel, elecampane, parsley, sage, or slippery elm.

There are many other herbs that can be usefully used by men to

improve and enhance their health and lifestyle. It is very important

to drink a good cleansing tea as a starter to improving a mans
