Honey, on the calcium that you take, does it have magnesium and zinc with it? Calcium cannot be utilized by the body without these minerals. Love, Joy

Sorry to hear about your surgery, I hope the

appointment will turn out well.

From what I understand about calcium is that magnesium

helps utilize calcium, sometimes we just cant absorb

it, so it works well with eachother.

I suppose that is why Almonds are like a perfect food,

it is rich in calcium and magnesium.
