I checked her membership, and she's on " no email " . So it's very likely that she

doesn't read the posts on a regular basis anymore. I have this option on mine

too, but I come to the groups site directly to read posts so my inbox

doesn't get overfilled! Anyways, I've found that many people " abandon " email

addresses after a time, because they've used the address to sign up for various

things and now they get way too much spam sent to that account (that's why I use

a couple of " junkmail " accounts for all my sign ups). It could be the case with

Lynn that something similar happened, and now that a virus or hacker got access

to her account, it will randomly send out these types of emails to all of her

contacts. It's unfortunate, and I hope she can get it straightened out!

In the meantime, I hope everyone had a nice weekend! The weather here in

northern Illinois was actually pretty decent, compared to the snow we woke up to

last week Monday morning!

appropriate. I was also reminded that she is possibly the only other member

besides me who has had a morphine pump implanted for the infusion of intrathecal

pain medication. I believe we are members of the same pump group online, so I

will check over there and see if she is currently posting and if there have been

any problems. Her last post to us was in 2007. I believe she was having some

serious pain problems, e.g., in her hip, at that time. I regret that I have not

managed to keep in touch with her and find out how she is doing now.
