Doctor Punished for Falsifying vaccination Records

Dr. Mark Nesselson, a New York pediatrician who conspired with

families to get their children into school without state-mandated

vaccinations, has been fined $10,000 and told he can practice only

under supervision. Dr. Nesselson admitted to falsifying forms for

four children in two families, and later admitted that he had done

the same for a handful of other families over the years.

The parents of his patients, who knew Nesselson was falsifying the

forms, were concerned about the potential adverse health effects of

vaccines.

Nesselson began to question the safety of vaccines in the 1990's,

after seeing many autistic children whose parents said that the onset

of the disorder coincided with vaccinations.

Nesselson's actions were discovered after he moved to Hawaii two

years ago and gave medical records to his patients' parents to take

to their new doctors. A new pediatrician seen by two families turned

Nesselson in.

With the more recent news flashes of parents being threatened with

jail time if they don't vaccinate their children, this story will

probably strike a sympathetic cord with many.

No doubt Dr. Nesselson's heart was in the right place, although it's

difficult to justify falsifying medical records. After all, even

though you may get some evil looks, or worse, be verbally harassed by

doctors or nurses, you do have the right to refuse vaccinations by

requesting opt-out forms.

There are two basic axioms you should never forget. They are the rock

upon which all your actions are based.

1. Nobody, anywhere or any time and under any circumstances has the

right or power in this country to immunize you or your children

against your will and conviction. If they attempt to do so, you can

legally charge them with " assault with a deadly weapon " and have the

full resources of our laws behind you.

2. At all times in attempting to avoid unwanted immunization, you

have the Law of the Land behind you. Those who would try to vaccinate

you against your will are on very shaky ground. Into every compulsory

immunization law in America are written legal exceptions and waivers

which are there specifically to protect you from the attempted

tyranny of officialdom. It is not only your right, but your

obligation to use them, if this is what your conscience tells you.

While all 50 states have immunization requirements, 28 allow parents

to opt out for medical or religious reasons. Another 20 states allow

parents to opt out for personal or philosophical reasons as well,

while Mississippi and West Virginia allow parents to opt out for

medical reasons only.

very topic, including what you should know before vaccinating, and

what to do if you decide not to.

Personally, I believe it's better to have accurate records, and to be

able to show just how many people are opposed to this unnecessary,

and potentially disastrous practice of childhood vaccinations.

Fortunately, the number of parents opting out is growing, as more and

more parents are beginning to question its validity and sanity.

And rightfully so.

Vaccines given to newborns contain an array of potentially toxic

chemicals including:

Mercury

Formaldehyde

Aluminum phosphate (toxic and carcinogenic)

Antibiotics

Phenols (corrosive to skin and toxic)

Live viruses and various other components

So there are plenty of harmful ingredients that would put vaccination

benefits into question. If you are on the fence about immunizations

and have yet to decide if they are something you or your family

should have, I would strongly encourage you to carefully examine the

evidence.

This is not a choice you want to make without careful deliberation,

as the consequences can be quite severe. So, review the literature

and reach YOUR OWN conclusions. You are responsible for your own

health, and that of your young children.

But whatever you do, maintain an open and questioning mind, to avoid

being manipulated and deceived by multinational corporations that do

not have your or your family's best interests at heart.
