Guest guest
This is wonderful news, ! Many, many thanks for setting us up at Facebook. Question: If I " friend " someone at Facebook -- say, a person who shares some interest other than flatback syndrome -- does that person automatically have access to the Feisty group? Or does she still have to join the group separately to read our comments? (I'm operating here on the oft-repeated assumption that " there's no such thing as a stupid question. " :-) I am truly a naive, bumbling innocent in the brave new world of social media. Well, that's my excuse, anyway.) Best, > > For our members who like to communicate on Facebook, we are officially on Facebook now! Please search for the group as named here on - . You will see the familiar Frida Kahlo picture as the icon for our group. > > I have been a part of an multiple sclerosis support group on Facebook for a while now, and it's a fun way to discuss things! > > Now for the disclaimer and caution! Please don't be scared off - I just want to say a few things that you hopefully already realize: > > As always, even as with this group, please take steps to ensure your privacy is protected about sensitive issues. The Facebook group, much like this group, is a closed group - meaning that only people who are members can read our posts. However, that doesn't mean that anything you send out is completely private! Anyone can join the group (though we have the power to deny membership and/or kick people out if they cause trouble). Also, as with any Facebook account, please be leery of adding people to your Friends list. They don't need to be your friend just because you both belong to the Feisty group! Only add them to your friend list if you feel comfortable doing so. Just because they are a part of the support group doesn't mean you necessarily want them to see your personal photos, wall posts, or other info. As with anything in this new digital age - use common sense to protect yourself, and the group can be another source of support! > > We hope to see you there! > > >
Guest guest
Why can't I find this group on Facebbook?
Guest guest
I'm not sure! But I sent the link out in a previous email, so perhaps you could just click on that. Otherwise, did you type in into the FB search? Since I'm already a member, it comes up for me just fine, but I have no way of searching for it and trying to find it the way a non-member would. Please let me know if you still have trouble! I can try to email you more info. > > Why can't I find this group on Facebbook? >
