Guest guest
Hi, Andy -- Wow, if several episodes of "not breathing" don't qualify as apneic episodes, I wonder what they do signify. I know snoring is said to be a sign of apnea. I don't know about snorting, though! I think if I go through a sleep lab study and am given a similar assessment, I may just look for a second opinion. Sure, using a CPAP setup is not exactly a super-fun experience, but wow, if a noninvasive, nonpharmaceutical, mechanical intervention like that could regularize my sleep and put more productive hours in my day, I might just have some kind of epiphany or something! (I am definitely going to check out those resources recommended for more info. on the relationship between sleep apnea and scoliosis. This has taken me completely by surprise.)
