Guest guest
I have used facial reflexes for facial tics. I have had positive results. The parents ask for the work because they can see a differece with their children. They state the child is more relaxed and tics subside. It does need to be repeated. We are not long into the process so I do not know how long it will take to have it completely resolved but we are on a positive path. I am sure the neurostructural will have positive effects on the whole body too. The combination is dynamic. Keep us posted on the progress. Guest guest
I read that OCD and jerky movements like tourettes come from the basal ganglia part of the brain. Would CATS help>? Guest guest
Hi Daphne,I have been working with a 13 year old boy with head jerking, who also holds his head oddly (laterally tipped to the left). Hard to know which reflex stopped the head jerking, as we have worked on quite a few (ATNR, STNR, pereze, gallant, babinsky, foot tendon guard, core tendon guard, as well as facial reflexes). His hand flapping also stopped. By the way, he is not autistic, just had these odd tic like behaviors. His head is also more aligned than it has ever been. Good luck with this.On Fri, Jun 3, 2011 at 12:06 PM, Janet Mc <janetomcdonald@...> wrote: Putting in a good word for MNRI Tactile ptotocol, too! I think it may be a primary need for the system. Guest guest
Chiropractic technique that fixes cranial assymetry and misalignments. Relieves the pressure on the brain. Svetlana can also do this and was so very great with our son who had severe plagiocephaly.
