Thanks for your questions. I don't feel qualified to answer your great questions. However, I think Dr Masgutova or her Core Specialists can give you some answers. As for my personal experience as a mother, I do the exercises as much as 2 hours a day, and sometimes I skip several days in a row. It might average out to 45 minutes per day over the years we've been doing it. What is amazing to me is that whenever we go for assessments with Dr Masgutova (every six months), without my telling her what I've spent most time on, she assess my daughter and will say that she is most integrated on the ones I focused most attention on. This is amazing to me!

Best wishes to you on your journey. Keep faith that this method works. My daughter is proof to me, anyway.
