I do feel that and I will try it more throughout the day.I have never heard of the Harrington Rod through the stomach. I guess in the long run it paid off.Thank you again,Cheryl For Cheryl--Abs Cheryl, something to try for your abs. While standing, tense your stomach muscles. Keeping them tensed, gently lean backward just slightly and I promise you will feel it. If you can make a slight "bounce" while you're leaning backward, it works. Be sure you don't arch your back, if you're even able to do that. I have fair mobility with my back since they went in through my stomaach to insert my rod.
