Guest guest
Thanks for that , it certainly sounds and interesting option what with the weather, the food and good property prices down in the South of France. As a non UK resident it is OK to have money paid into a UK bank on a tax free basis and I suppose that living in France (EEC) it is OK to have a UK account and simply declaring what you earn etc while providing evidence of working in oil industry. With a regular rotation and a day each end for travel you could fulfil the requirements for the 180 days comfortably, mon dieu ! So if anyone is interested in moving to France I can help show you some very nice properties at very nice prices with my fees for fellow 'bruvvers' being reasonable. Wilf would you be comfortable with something bigger than a wardrobe to live in...are those four females in your camp the ones with the teeth or the tatooes...? By the way, Aceh is pretty settled now, (we know it well, I myself spent 5 months there after the tsunami). I don't think anyone except government departments think it is unsafe now. For those places even we think is dangerous, the pay is higher of course. In reference to the pay offered, all the U.K. medics thought it wasn't enough, some other countries thought if was pretty good!! Let's hope that all medics keep pushing for adequate compensation, at least while the price of oil is up there. Member Information: List owner: Ian Sharpe Owner@... Editor: Ross Boardman Editor@... Guest guest
Spend 180 Days out of the country and you can live tax free in Cyprus. Decent property laws for foreigners as well but getting expensive.... Rgs Ian Re: Re: France Hi , Please keep me informed of what you find out as I quite fancy the idea of living somewhere in Europe. Guest guest
Does anyone know if there are any MNRI practitioners in Southern France? The areas are Foix, Pamiers, Toulouse, Andorra la Vella or Marseille. One of the families is staying there till Sept and needs some extra support for their 5.5 year old. Thanks for any leads!
