New Poll for MNRI courses

Previously, I had created a poll to survey which MNRI courses folks have taken,

but have not updated this poll to include the courses that had been added since

then.

Please take this poll and indicate all the courses you have taken. If you have

taken a course more than once, you can only select the course once. This poll

is just to get an idea of the number of people that have been trained in the

different areas. If you take a look, it will also give you an idea of all of

the different courses currently available. (If I've forgotten to add one please

let me know).

You will need a User ID to participate in the polls. If you have

difficulty creating a User ID and accessing the polls, please let me know.
