Yes it will help in my opinions. My son also has high anxiety and gets very calm and relaxed while doing the therapy techniques. It has been the biggest help so far.

The course will take 32 effective hours. We distribute it into 5 days: 3-7 December 2011, not 4 days as usual. The course will be full in English.
