I'm not going to blame my bad memory on Gleevec but I do apologize for

incorrectinformation. Someone should direct you to information on more common

transplants instead of just correcting me, though. I hope somene does.

Hi L,

Sandy from the UK's transplant was not with her own cells.....her brother

was the donor....so it was a sibling mini-transplant (but it was different

in that it was T-cell depleted so that it would minimize the GVHD...with

Gleevec used for a year).

Also, you mentioned Dane......he got cells from his sister, so he had a

related donor......not a MUD.
