I have two great nieces in the St. Louis area and was wondering if anyone could

suggest someone in that area. One niece is seeing an OT and has greating

improved with work on typical sensory integration work. The other has Kabuki

syndrome which has made ambulation a challenge. She is 5 years old and has

extreme core weakness and slow movements. Cognitively she is within normal

limits, but she still has some difficulty with processing which is good but

delayed. Your help would be most appreicated.
