My name is Eileen and my son lucas has CP. He was born a triplet with and Luiza 7-1/2 years ago prematurely at 27 weeks. Lucas had hydrocephalus and sever grade IV/III brain bleeds along with PVL.Him and his surviving twin Sam are now in 2nd grade.Lucas made great strides while enrolled in an intensive pediatric therapy program that we now own and operate 6 years later called Therapies 4 Kids, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale Florida.Therapies 4 Kids takes insurance and also fundraises for children who cannot afford this type of therapy.I also created a non profit organization called Bright Steps Forward which is the fundraising arm to Therapies 4 Kids.I am always available to discuss raising a child with CP and believe that Lucas is a blessing.
