Guest guest
Hello,I know there are families who do not have professionals trained in their area and are finding it difficult to locate someone to work with their child. As an alternative to traveling to a course yourself, you may also consider being a course sponsor in your area. This can help you to save on traveling costs and help start a base of support of parents and professionals in your area. This is how we got started in the San Francisco Bay Area and you can do it too. If you're interested, you can contact Patty Shackleford at drpatty@... and also look at an available instructor who can travel to your location. Certified MNRI instructors have listings in a database on the Children with Challenges home page. You can go to the home page, click on the Database link on the left-side of the screen and then click on the Certified MNRI Instructors table, or visit /database?method=reportRows & tbl=8.
