Guest guest
Hi, I didn't sleep much last night. I had some relief with pain blocks but they're wearing off fast. It's been a respite that I've taken advantage of to get stronger. I do a good workout and thankful I can move again. I didn't think I would ever get back here. But I still have this deep bone pain. I don't have scoliosis. But I have flat back and surgery has made my back look like scoliosis. I know that I'm not the only one in pain and I know this isn't the worst pain. But it's been bad and severe for a long time. I have severe chronic and intractable pain coming from the lumbar spine. Burning and stabbing and unremitting. The spine itself aches and the nerve is impinged. It's mechanical, physical, electric, bone pain and nerve pain. There's a constant and heavy stream of pain signals coming from this area. I had my back broken and reset. Screws in and screws out and screws in again. Nothing has made it better. Feels like a burning ice pick in and out.Does anyone have pain similar to this--facet trauma/pain/ too much surgery pain? Any suggestions on how to move forward from here? Would the pump possibly help? I am desperate to get my life back. Is anyone working with pain like this, how are you managing? Thank you in advance!Sincerely,
Guest guest
Hi , I hope you are feeling better, too. I am too tired to write anything more right now. Thank you so much for your note! Kind Regards,
Guest guest
Thanks for your good wishes, . I am feeling better, yes - knock on wood, my new pump seems to be staying where it was put. Hang in there. You will find help for your pain. I know it's been an incredibly long and brutal haul for you, , but please, please do not lose hope. Or to quote a magnet I once had on the fridge (I can't remember the author -- Winston Churchill?): " If you're going through hell, keep going! " Best, > > Hi , > > I hope you are feeling better, too. > > I am too tired to write anything more right now. > > Thank you so much for your note! > > Kind Regards, > >
