I finally got a very helpful ins. rep. on the phone a minute ago. She says to asks these offices if they accept Medicare Assignment/private fee for service plans, b/c it's not an HMO or PPO. Basically, if they accept Medicare, they'll accept HumanaGoldChoice. She also said that it looked like inpt rehab was considered part of the hospital stay. That doesn't sound right to me, but I hope she's right.
