Guest guest
Wei Qun,Tactile Integration is a very powerful protocol for helping many children experiencing sensory overwhelm to reeducate their systems so they can receive, process, and respond appropriately to all stimulation, including those you mentioned. As you mentioned, the impact of a highly alert system holds back development of so many other functions. If coursework is not easy for you to coordinate or attend now, one way to begin to support your son's development is to purchase the Dynamic and Postural Reflexes Integration manual and begin with the Embracing Squeeze protocol in the Bonding Reflex Repatterning Exercises. So I want to ask if Masgutova Method can help this. My son's hands just little bit cold water or something is cold , he feels that hurts him a lot , and something is little bit rough , that hurts him a lot too, that right now really bothers me , because those sensory issues really prevent him to learn and develop better fine motor skills and gross motor skills. Guest guest
Janet and Kayte :Thank you for your response, I live in Vancouver BC Canada, we don't have anyone here practice Masgutova Method, the March workshop I have to drive 2 hours at another city, when my husband was booked for a surgery, he is fine now , I checked there is no one this year, if I want to go there, other places really too far away for us to manage, also when I heard this program, I didn't know this could be a home program, so it was kind out of question .Like I said my son is ASD with everything delay, he turns 9yr this month, that puts more pressure on us, I know under there are lots of problems, I will definitely try the manual and try to take the course. Now at least I know where I could ask for more information, thank you again . wei qunOn Sun, Mar 27, 2011 at 5:30 PM, Serene <srnlim88@...> wrote: Hi, can I know where to purchase this manual?- or anyone have pictures to share?-My girl, if her clothing is wet, she will want to change immediately even in public place:(- Sent from my iPhoneOn Mar 27, 2011, at 11:00, Janet Mc <janetomcdonald@...> wrote: Wei Qun,Tactile Integration is a very powerful protocol for helping many children experiencing sensory overwhelm to reeducate their systems so they can receive, process, and respond appropriately to all stimulation, including those you mentioned.
