Poulin-biopic

Poulin is an engineering physicist, a naturopath, a specialized kinesiologist, an International Faculty Member of the Educational Kinesiology Foundation, an International Faculty member of the Svetlana Masgutova Educational Institute, and an MNRI core specialist.

Her search for the maximum use of her potential led her to explore a wide range of studies: engineering, teaching, industrial hygiene and management. Her quest for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance was nurtured by the practice of Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, and through studying and applying the principles of macrobiotics, Neuro-linguistic Programming, The German New Medicine of Dr. Hamer, Holoenergetic Healing, Radionics, Cranial/Sacral Therapy, Touch for Health, Synchrotherapy, Educational Kinesiology, Dr. Krebs' Brain Integration Program: LEAP® , and the Magutova Method of reflex integration.

Thanks to her discovery of specialized kinesiology twenty-five years age, was able to integrate all these learnings into a unified whole, offering her services as a practitioner and teacher. has conducted hundreds of workshops teaching participants how to release stress and reach their full potential. She has created her own training program called Life Kinesiology. She was responsible for introducing Brain Gym® into a number of schools.

The challenge of learning how to correctly perceive my body in space has been a life-long adventure. To situate myself in my environment always required that I stop and think: where am I, where is my front side, my backside? Which side is left, right, where is up, where is down? When under stress I would inevitably lose my bearings and feel terribly disoriented. To calm myself I would found refuge in a small space, a toilet, a closet, or the space between rows of bookshelves in the library. Much later on I realized that there are specific, genetically encoded programs to allow us to situate ourselves in space, to find our balance in relationship to gravity and to feel safe. We call these programs reflexes: the smooth functioning of these reflexes is intimately connected to the proper integration of touch receptors. I thank Dr. Svetlana Masgutova for the profound understanding I have gained and for the techniques she has taught me. It is my immense pleasure to share these learnings with you. Poulin
