MJ,

Yikes! Tom's periodontist said the same thing. I still recommend

applying the damp tea bag. The oral surgeon told us that the tannin in

the tea would help to stop the bleeding and it seemed to do the trick.

I carried tea bags in my purse for a long time after Tom's final visit

to the periodontist. You have to hold the damp tea bag on for 5

minutes. Sorry you are still going through this. I hope it gets better

soon.

The hematologist said just to hold tight, and do't let anyone cut me

right now. So glad I talked to him. What an adventure, Barb. MJ
