The abs are getting out of hand and it's just difficult to do sit-ups.Thank you again,Cheryl Re: Harrington Rod Abs... there are three things I have been doing for my abs 1. while lying on my back, I suck in my belly and hold it tight 2. lie down with knees bent, feet on floor. place a large exercise ball on the belly. press down on the ball and hold. 3. slendertone ab belt as seen on tv.
