please re-vote for countries outside US

I'm sorry but I did not realize that when I update countries to add to the poll, resets the poll counts back to zero!  The first time I had updated the poll no one had voted yet, so I did not notice this action.

If you voted, please vote again and if you wish a country added, we will track it through your emails.
