A friend of mine had a Stroke ?

Hello Masgutova family, A friend recently had some heart complication and a Stoke. I will be visiting him and his wife this weekend. It has been about 3 weeks since the incident. I volunteered to help out since I know Masgotova method will be the most effective!!! What do you suggest he works on first? One precaution is not to lift his hand past 90 degrees.
