Guest guest Posted January 14, 2008 Report Share Posted January 14, 2008 Cheryl, something to try for your abs. While standing, tense your stomach muscles. Keeping them tensed, gently lean backward just slightly and I promise you will feel it. If you can make a slight " bounce " while you're leaning backward, it works. Be sure you don't arch your back, if you're even able to do that. I have fair mobility with my back since they went in through my stomaach to insert my rod.
