Cheryl, something to try for your abs. While standing, tense your

stomach muscles. Keeping them tensed, gently lean backward just

slightly and I promise you will feel it. If you can make a

slight " bounce " while you're leaning backward, it works. Be sure you

don't arch your back, if you're even able to do that. I have fair

mobility with my back since they went in through my stomaach to insert

my rod. Anyway, if this doesn't make sense, let me know. Good luck!-
