Guest guest Posted January 14, 2008 Report Share Posted January 14, 2008 Forgot one. Lie on the floor with knees bent, feet flat on floor. Put you arms above your head and grasp something like underneath your couch. Keeping your back flat on the floor, slowly raise your knees up toward your chest, but KEEP YOUR ENTIRE BACK flat against the floor. Then slowly lower your feet back toward the floor, but DON " T let them touch the floor before raising them again. Always be sure your are " squeezing " your stomach muscles in during the exercise.
