Guest guest
Hi !It's not MNRI yet it worked with my kids...either in the tub or pool, have your son breathe in air normally, then submerge just past his nose and have him push the air out through his nose. It is amazing how many bubbles can be created. He will feel the sensation, the abdominal compression to force out air, and then be comfortable with doing the same motion into a tissue. Do this when he is not congested, after you demonstrate and talk about it - what you are doing & how it feels a few times, and make a game of it to see who can bubble the longest/quickest/etc. All best,Janet My son is 11 and still can't blow his nose.
