monthly support group contacts

For those of you who are organizing monthly support groups outside of the SF Bay Area (which are already listed), could you please email me (valfreitas2k @ gmail.com - without spaces) with the information to include in the group's Local Support Group Contacts database table off the group's home page?  I'd like to list name, email, phone number, city (or area), country etc.  If you have regular days set up or anything like that please include that info. too.  I know we have had a new group start up in Florida and I'd like to list that group and any others that are starting.
