Hi Ali,

You just joined yesterday, so I guess only the postings after you signed

on were mailed to you...this is purely speculation on my part. This list is

less than a month old, and I have yet to learn the ins and outs of it. I am

sending you all the posts from October 12th via private email, there is a

way for members to read the archives at the OneList mail website, but again,

bear with me, I haven't learned how to do that yet to make the announcement.

This is a private mail list, and only the members will have access to the

archives, they will not be available to the world at large.

I did not expect this mail list to grow so fast, having Lyme and trying

to moderate are a bit more difficult than I had anticipated.

Dear Ali: I'm surprised others haven't had the same experience. Some of

our digests have been pretty fat these past few days, and there are some

servers (perhaps yours, TIAC, is one) that put a limitation on the size

of incoming messages, either rejecting the entire message, or, more

commonly, just cutting off the transmission after the limitation has been

reached. If you still have the seven-message digest, I would guess it

contains a lot of kilobytes. One of the messages that day was VERY

large. There was so much traffic on on Sunday that ONELIST

reached its digest maximum in midafternoon, and sent out a full digest

then. By the time, the usual digesting time came around late that night

(at about 4 am) there were so many messages that the SECOND digest of the

day was as large as the first. We're a busy crew!

You may look at, and, if you wish, download (or attempt to download) the

entire Digest no. 15 at the web site:

http://onelist.com/archive.cgi/

If downloading doesn't succeed (because TIAC won't accept the entire

digest any better this time than it did before) post that bad news here,

and perhaps we can figure out how to get it to you in sections. I don't

have a web site, but perhaps someone who does could put it on es site in

digestable pieces. Or maybe you just want to read it, which you

shouldn't have any trouble doing at the OneList web site above.

Cheers,

Harry

Hello Harry:

I am sorry to have compounded the excessively large digest problem over

the past few days! I realized that my letters were excessively

long and I have tried to limit my comments to just the facts!

I really enjoy this open forum and love to write and will try and do my best

to keep it short and sweet!

sincerely and God Bless,

Fransea

if you have a Kinkos near you they have a clear full sheet label that

works great on glass. I tried Avery clear labels also but I could still

see it and did not like how it looked. Anyway I make up a full sheet on

my computer of the labels that I want printed (I only use black ink so

do not know if they can print it with color) then go to Kinkos and have

them copy it on what they call a " clear, sticky back label " . I then cut

them to the size I want and they look great. You can barely see the

edge of the label. I use them on both glass and plastic. Hope that

helps.

V. >>

, Are these labels waterproof? I need to find some labels that

have ink which will not " run " for my bath gels and liquid soaps. Thanks for

the help! Pat

Yes Jelena, MagistarLudi is right, and that was very

nice of him to tell you that. It must be terrible for

you and your people over there. We have no idea what

it must be like. As I stated before, I have about a

months worth of Ribavarin and also 2 weeks of

Interferon (6 shots). When I am able to get back with

a Dr and go back on medication I can get more. It is

just sitting in the refrigerator it is better to give

it to someone in need. I just am not sure how to get

what you need to you. If someone knows please let me

know. I also do not know what the other med was that

you wrote about......God Bless you and Filip...Connie

Dear ,

Since I get this as a digest, you will already know if had a good

night on Resperidol. Hope it went fine! We have had Ben on it for

almost a week now. I was told not to expect to be able to tell anything

for 3-7 days at first, and that it can take up to six weeks before it is

working completely.

Ben takes .25 mg at bedtime. The psych and our ped. both agreed to

reduce the clonidine to half tab at night (since he'd been on a whole .1 mg

tab) and to counteract the sedation.

As luck would have it, he was cooking up a nice head and chest cold over

the weekend, so he has been home all week. He's been take the purple

Dimetapp (decongestant/antihistamine) for three days now as well.

So far, really, so good. I have not noticed many changes other than that

he seems to be trying to tell us more things. He is sleeping soundly

through the night, which is great , because I thought I was faced with some

sleepless night with him up coughing all night. He has been playing nicely

throughout the day. He is still himself. My biggest concern was that he

was going to become over-agitated on this stuff, and so far, no sign of

that.

He has been drooling a lot, but I think that's the cold. I've been nagging

him all day long to drink and I think he's been tired of swallowing because

he's got so much gunk from the cold.

I will say this. I used to head into a kind of despair if he was home sick

for any length of time, or there were two many snow days or school

holidays. I have not felt that at all since Christmas break. I have a

young woman come over every Wednesday for 3 hours after school, and just

made arrangements for a " mother's helper " with my friend's 13 year old

daughter to come over on Saturdays for a few hours. The fact that my Wed.

help has been so dependable and reliable has been a big help to us all. PB

adores her and I know I have a break on the night that DH teaches until 10

pm. I've just realized that these kinds of things have helped with that

awful " the walls are closing in " feeling.

Now I'm feeling guilty because I should be doing more school work with him

now that he's home this week. We've done very little. Okay. None. He's

been busy playing playing playing and I do think he needs that.

Say! PB finally enjoyed playing outside in the snow this winter! He's had

a blast in our backyard. It's nice that he can throw snow and not get

yelled at for it!

Welcome, New Members! I'm sure you will feel right at home here.

Say Sherrie-- how are you holding up? Hang in there!

Stay warm, all (except , and Pam, and all of you others who opted for

eternal summer! Hahaha!

Beth Mum to Ben, age 9

>>>OK, guys, heard back from the doc, and this is the verdict:

Tonight, we start on the RISPERDAL....excuse the language but I'm scared

SHITLESS...if you people remember my post a while back, I had met with the

doc to discuss alternative med's since the one's 's taking are not as

effective.....remember the " all nighter " he pulled last Fri. night?

Anyway, tonight we start on half a tab (don't know mg. yet) before he goes to

bed IN ADDITION to the Adderral and Clonidine he's been taking......the Risp.

is for ALL of us to get a whole night's sleep and STAY asleep...

I guess I'm just looking for someone to say " it's okay....don't worry " , but

the side effect of those facial contortions the doc had warned me about that

last visit are always on my mind.........

Someone out there.......please comfort me!!

Well, I was interested in the word Cure of course, but was shocked at

the price.

I'm wondering if there is a money back guarantee, otherwise, I think

it's taking advantage of people like us.

If I ever find a " cure " for hepatitis c, I would make it affordable to

everyone that has this.

I would be interested in investing this much money only if there is a

money back guarantee.

Happy holidays to all of you!
